Ons logistieke team zoekt een Warehouse Manager Alkmaar 32 - 38 uur per week HBO werk-/denkniveau IK WIL SOLLICITEREN Elke order over de finish. Elke dag. Dat is waar het om draait in ons magazijn. Van inkomende goederen tot de verzending en retourverwerking: jij zorgt dat het klopt en op tijd gebeurt, in elke dienst en ook in de drukste weken van het jaar. Als Warehouse Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie en maak je de teamleiders sterker in hun rol. Je staat op de vloer, werkt zo nodig mee en zorgt dat het werk op elk moment van de dag en de week gewoon doorgaat. Je werkt in ons logistieke centrum van 12.000 m² in Alkmaar en geeft leiding aan de teamleiders van Inbound, Outbound en Returns, binnen een team van 40 tot 50 medewerkers, inclusief flexkrachten. We werken in meerdere diensten. De drukte wisselt: rond onze eigen commerciële acties, Black Friday en de feestdagen gaat er aanzienlijk meer door de deur dan op een gewone dag. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie: inbound en opslag, outbound met picking en packing, en retouren. - Je zorgt dat het werk in alle diensten doorgaat, ook als er geen teamleider aanwezig is. Daarvoor stel je een helder plan op over wie wat doet en wie beslist, en je bewaakt dat dit werkt. - Je werkt op de vloer mee en springt bij waar nodig. Wanneer de operatie dat vraagt, werk je ook in avond- en weekenddiensten en ben je dan zelf verantwoordelijk voor de vloer. - Je geeft leiding aan drie teamleiders en coacht ze. Je loopt met ze mee, helpt ze om op de vloer te sturen, geeft feedback en beoordeelt ze, zodat ze hun afdeling zelfstandig kunnen runnen. - Je bepaalt samen met de teamleiders de personeelsplanning in Dyflexis. Je neemt medewerkers aan, schaalt flex op en af en begeleidt de onboarding en verzuimtrajecten. - Je stuurt op KPI's binnen de operatie, zoals order accuracy, same-day shipment, productiviteit per uur, vo...
