Voor een groeiende organisatie binnen de logistiek zoeken wij een Warehouse Manager die verantwoordelijkheid neemt over het volledige warehouse en het team naar een hoger niveau tilt. Als Warehouse Manager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie in het warehouse. Jij zorgt dat processen soepel verlopen en continu worden verbeterd. - Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het logistieke team - Plannen en organiseren van alle warehouse processen - Bewaken en verbeteren van KPI's, productiviteit en personeelsinzet - Signaleren van knelpunten en doorvoeren van procesoptimalisaties - Actief meewerken op de werkvloer waar nodig - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheid, food safety en compliance - Borgen van kwaliteit binnen alle logistieke processen Persoonlijke kenmerken Ervaring - 3 tot 7+ jaar ervaring in logistiek of warehouse management - Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring (teams aansturen en coachen) Vaardigheden - Sterk in leidinggeven en people management - Organisatorisch sterk en goed in planning - Analytisch vermogen (KPI's, rapportages, optimalisatie van processen en personeelsinzet) - Probleemoplossend en resultaatgericht - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels Vakinhoudelijke kennis - Ervaring met warehouse processen (ontvangst, opslag, orderpicking, verzending) - Ervaring met WMS/ERP systemen (bijv.
