Bij Sluyter Logistics Rotterdam zoeken we een Warehouse Manager die bouwt aan een soepel draaiende logistieke operatie. Je geeft richting, brengt structuur en tilt samen met je team onze service naar het hoogste niveau. Werk mee aan groei, innovatie en een organisatie die écht in beweging is. Hoe ziet de functie eruit? - Aansturen van de warehousecoördinator en warehousemedewerkers. - Zorgen voor tijdige, correcte goederenontvangst, -uitgifte en administratieve verwerking. - Monitoren van de dagelijkse operatie en oplossen van verstoringen. - Coördineren van speciale projecten, afwijkingen en tellingen. - Bewaken van voorraadnauwkeurigheid en warehouse‑inrichting. - Beheren van KPI's en rapporteren over resultaten. - Organiseren van werkoverleggen en bijdragen aan verbeterprocessen binnen Sluyter. - Naleven en handhaven van veiligheidsregels/-richtlijnen, procedures en werkinstructies. - Zorgdragen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid in het warehouse. - Creëren van een positieve werksfeer en motiveren van het team. - Coördineren van chauffeurs en het laad- en losproces ; - Inwerken, instrueren en begeleiden van (nieuwe) warehousemedewerkers ; - Klantcontact en beantwoorden van mails over warehouse-activiteiten ; - Signaleren en melden van klachten, problemen of afwijkingen . - Het realiseren van een optimaal logistiek proces binnen het warehouse. - Plannen en coördineren van personeel en middelen. - Kostenbewaking op afdelingsniveau. - Voeren van functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken.
