Als Warehouse Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van het distributiecentrum. Je stuurt dagelijks een operationeel team van zo'n 80 enthousiaste medewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat de goederenstromen richting de winkels vlekkeloos verlopen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het dagelijks aansturen, motiveren en coachen van een operationeel team van ongeveer 80 arbeiders verdeeld over 2-ploegen in 2 distributiecentra vormt de kern van je functie
  • Een vlotte dagelijkse organisatie en planning waarborgen op het vlak van volumes, prioriteiten, veiligheid en servicegraad
  • Zichtbaar aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer maakt jou het directe aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en ploegverantwoordelijken
  • Het analyseren en optimaliseren van logistieke processen zorgt voor continue verbetering op het gebied van efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Nauw samenwerken met de Logistiek Directeur en andere stakeholders garandeert het behalen van de logistieke doelstellingen
  • Een behaald bachelordiploma of masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) is vereist
  • Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring binnen logistiek, supply chain of warehousing (bij voorkeur in een ploegensysteem) vormt een stevige basis
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is noodzakelijk om helder en respectvol te communiceren op verschillende niveaus
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit gecombineerd met sterke analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met veiligheidsvoorschriften en procesoptimalisatie helpt je om resultaatgericht te sturen
