Als Warehouse Supervisor / Magazijnbeheerder zorg jij ervoor dat alle logistieke processen soepel verlopen. Je geeft leiding aan twee logistiek medewerkers, houdt de voorraad op orde en denkt continu mee over verbeteringen binnen het magazijn. Wat ga je doen?

- Verantwoordelijk voor een schoon, overzichtelijk en efficiënt ingericht magazijn.

- Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van twee logistiek medewerkers.

- Coördineren van inkomende en uitgaande goederen.

- Beheren en optimaliseren van de voorraadadministratie.

- Klaarzetten van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen voor productie.

- Signaleren van voorraadtekorten en afstemmen met inkoop.

- Opstellen van werkinstructies en verbeteren van logistieke processen.

- Organiseren van intern transport en meedenken over externe transportoplossingen.

- Beheren van emballage en afvalstromen.

- Vertegenwoordigen van de logistieke afdeling tijdens interne overleggen.

- Rapporteren aan de Supply Chain Manager.

- mbo+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting logistiek - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de logistiek. Ervaring als leidinggevende is een pre, maar ook als je de afgelopen jaren de rechterhand van een leidinggevende bent geweest en klaar bent voor de volgende stap, komen we graag met je in contact. - Bekend met voorraadbeheer en logistieke systemen - Ervaring binnen de food-, cosmetica- of farmaceutische branche is een pré - Bekendheid met Lean-methodiek is een plus - In het bezit van heftruck- en reachtruckcertificaat of bereid deze te behalen - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
