Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Sulz suchen wir ab sofort eine_n engagierte_n und selbständig arbeitenede_n Mitarbeiter_in. 1 Wasserschadensanierer_in/Gebäudetrockner_in Ihre Aufgaben

* Trocknung & Sanierung: Fachgerechter Aufbau und Betrieb von Trocknungsanlagen in Wohn- und Gewerbegebäuden sowie bei Flachdachtrocknungen

* Messtechnik & Kontrolle: Regelmäßige messtechnische Überwachung, Verlaufskontrolle und Erstdiagnose vor Ort.

* Projektabwicklung: Gewissenhafte Dokumentation der Trocknungsfortschritte und Vorbereitung der Auftragsabrechnung.

* Kundenkontakt: Freundliche und kompetente Ansprechperson für geschädigte Kund_innen vor Ort.

* Ausbildung: Bautechnische Grundausbildung (z. B. als Maler_in, Trockenbauer_in, Maurer_in, Installateur_in oder Tischler_in)

* Handwerkliches & technisches Verständnis: Großes Interesse an modernsten Mess- und Trocknungstechnologien.

* Persönlichkeit: Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.

* Eigenschaften: Körperliche Fitness, Zuverlässigkeit und eine freundliche Kommunikation im Kundenkontakt.
