Durf jij het aan om zorg te draaien voor het ziekenhuis buiten kantoortijden? Kun jij snel schakelen om acute opnames op de juiste plek te krijgen, ook als de druk hoog is? Dan is de vacature avond-, nacht- en weekendhoofd (EVAN) misschien wel wat voor jou! De functie Deze functie is ideaal voor mensen die van een beetje spanning houden, want het is altijd anders, altijd druk, en nooit saai! Als eerste aanspreekpunt buiten kantooruren ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de beddencapaciteit, het coördineren van nieuwe opnames en het zorgen dat patiënten snel de zorg krijgen die ze nodig hebben. Je hebt altijd het overzicht, zelfs in geval van calamiteiten zoals brand, lekkage of een onrustige patiënt. Jij weet precies wat er nodig is en zorgt dat alles snel en efficiënt geregeld wordt, of het nu gaat om het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen, het coördineren van een patiëntoverplaatsing of contact met de brandweer of politie bij een calamiteit. Je houdt de instroom van patiënten vanuit de Spoedeisende Hulp, Intensive Care en andere afdelingen in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste patiënten op de juiste plek komen. Als een patiënt snel overgeplaatst moet worden omdat zijn situatie verslechtert, organiseer jij tijdig de juiste zorg. In deze rol moet je snel kunnen schakelen en soms creatieve oplossingen bedenken, maar vervelen zul je je nooit. Het voordeel: de werkdag vliegt voorbij!
