Voor onze opdrachtgever in de regio Dessel zijn we op zoek naar gemotiveerde werfarbeiders die hun carrière een vliegende start willen geven.

Als werfarbeider begin je met het aanleren van de basisvaardigheden en krijg je de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar functies zoals machinist, betonpompist of zelfs boormeester. Ons uitgebreide opleidingstraject biedt jou de kans om alle technieken te leren, waarbij de snelheid van je ontwikkeling afhankelijk is van jouw eigen leertempo.

Je werkt samen met een team van 3 à 4 collega's en bent verantwoordelijk voor diverse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats. Houd er rekening mee dat de werven zich door heel België bevinden, wat betekent dat je regelmatig op logement gaat.
