Voor een sterk verankerd familiebedrijf met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in elektriciteit, domotica, hernieuwbare energie en beveiligingssystemen, zijn we op zoek naar een werfleider die houdt van kwaliteit, verantwoordelijkheid en teamwork. Dit bedrijf realiseert hoogstaande woningen, villa’s en projectbouw en staat bekend om zijn vakmanschap en duurzame aanpak. Je komt terecht in een professioneel team dat inzet op doorgedreven service en lange termijnrelaties met klanten. Ondanks de stevige groei blijft de sfeer familiaal en mensgericht.

Als werfleider ben jij de spilfiguur op de werf. Je leidt de dagelijkse werking in goede banen, stuurt techniekers en onderaannemers aan, en bewaakt de voortgang en afwerking van elk project. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens plan verloopt, technisch, organisatorisch én qua timing. Daarnaast ben je regelmatig aanwezig op het hoofdkantoor om af te stemmen met de projectmanager, planningen te bespreken en vooruit te kijken naar nieuwe werven.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Dagelijks aansturen van jouw team en onderaannemers en je stemt vlot af met de projectmanager
  • Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor een correcte uitvoering en tijdige oplevering van het project
  • Op jouw werf staat precisie centraal, want het gaat om een miljoenenproject waar elk detail telt
  • Je zorgt voor een grondige voorbereiding en volgt de administratie nauwgezet op
  • Op vaste momenten ben je aanwezig op het hoofdkantoor om de voortgang te bespreken en af te stemmen met het team
  • Je beschikt over een diploma (TSO / bachelor) in een elektrotechnische richting
  • Een stabiele werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol is een vereiste
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands om over veiligheidsvoorschriften te kunnen communiceren
