Ben jij een enthousiaste werfleider die zich graag wil bewijzen in de dynamische wereld van de bouw? Woon je in de regio Ieper en ben je op zoek naar een uitdagende voltijdse functie waarin je jouw organisatorische vaardigheden volledig kunt benutten? Heb je minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol en streef je naar de hoogste kwaliteit in alles wat je doet? In jouw rol als werfleider ben je de centrale figuur die verantwoordelijk is voor het coördineren en organiseren van al onze bouwactiviteiten. Voel jij je op je gemak in een omgeving waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het behalen van deadlines en het bewaken van budgetten? Heb jij het vermogen om een team van bouwprofessionals en onderaannemers te motiveren en aan te sturen? En ben jij iemand die proactief uitdagingen aangaat en bereid is om beslissingen te nemen in overleg met de bedrijfsleiding? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

In deze functie houd je toezicht op de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden en zorg je ervoor dat de veiligheid op de bouwplaats gewaarborgd is. Je communicatievaardigheden zijn van cruciaal belang; je rapporteert regelmatig aan de directie over de voortgang van de projecten en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokkenen goed geïnformeerd zijn over de laatste ontwikkelingen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die voldoen aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Technische opleiding in bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare ervaring.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de bouw, bij voorkeur gericht op betonwerken.
  • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, goed Engels en basiskennis van het Frans.
  • Stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit; je hebt geen 9-tot-5 mentaliteit.
