Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Werfleider?

  • Opvolgen van 15 à 20 werven.
  • Dagelijks op de baan, van werf naar werf. Geen enkele dag is dezelfde!
  • Instaan voor planning, materiaalbestellingen en leveringen.
  • Klanten informeren over planning, timing en eventuele problemen.
  • De kwaliteit en veiligheid van de werken controleren.
  • Uitvoerende ploegen bijsturen wanneer nodig en zorgen dat de werven vlot vooruitgaan.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een groeiend bedrijf in de bouwsector regio Waregem. Om hun toenemende aantal projecten in goede banen te leiden, zoeken ze een Werfleider die zorgt voor structuur, duidelijke communicatie en een vlotte opvolging van de werven. Wie ben jij als Werfleider:

  • Je bent gestructureerd, communicatief en sterk in plannen.
  • Je hebt een goede technische feeling, maar een diploma bouwkunde is geen must.
  • Praktische bouwervaring is vereist.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, denkt in oplossingen en durft mensen aan te spreken.
  • Ervaring in de bouw of werfopvolging is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je houdt van variatie, verantwoordelijkheid en werken op de baan.
