Voor een sterk groeiend familiebedrijf in buitenschrijnwerk en constructie zoeken we een coördinerend werfleider.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en opvolgen van werven bij particuliere klanten en bouwbedrijven. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, ondersteunt montageploegen en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen projectleider, planning en technische opmeter.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van werfbezoeken en kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van montageploegen op werven.
  • Zorgen voor materiaalvoorziening aan plaatsers.
  • Rapporteren van voortgang en afwijkingen aan projectleiding en planning.
  • Overzicht bewaren over meerdere werven en ingrijpen waar nodig.
  • Ervaring in bouw of buitenschrijnwerk.
  • Technisch sterk en georganiseerd.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Praktische probleemoplossing op werven.
