Functieomschrijving

Als Werfleider ben jij de spilfiguur op de werf. Je neemt de leiding, bewaart de rust en stopt pas als een project met succes is afgerond. Jouw takenpakket omvat:

  • Strakke werforganisatie: Je neemt de regie van start tot oplevering. Dankzij jouw doordachte planning en overzicht draait de werf als een geoliede machine.
  • Kwaliteit & Coördinatie: Je stuurt eigen vakmensen en onderaannemers aan, controleert de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden en fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt op de vloer.
  • Teambuilding & Werfsfeer: Je bouwt aan een motiverende en positieve werkomgeving waarin open communicatie en een goede dosis humor centraal staan.
  • Veiligheid op één: Je ziet er streng op toe dat alle veiligheidsvoorschriften nageleefd worden, zodat iedereen elke dag weer veilig naar huis gaat.

Functie-eisen

  • Opleiding: Je beschikt over een Bachelor Bouwkunde, Toegepaste Architectuur of een vergelijkbare achtergrond.
  • Organisatorisch talent: Plannen, prioriteiten stellen en knopen doorhakken zitten in je bloed.
  • Mentaliteit: Je bent een proactieve 'doener' met een oplossingsgerichte instelling en een gezonde dosis doorzettingsvermogen.
  • Flexibiliteit: Veranderende omstandigheden op de werf schrikken jou niet af; je schakelt moeiteloos en denkt in mogelijkheden.
  • Mensenmens: Je bent communicatief sterk en weet een team met enthousiasme mee te krijgen om samen topprestaties te leveren.
  • Jouw communicatiestijl is vlot en transparant, in het Nederlands en het Engels.
