Ben jij klaar om een cruciale bijdrage te leveren aan de bouwsector en jouw stempel te drukken op innovatieve en uitdagende bouwprojecten? Voor een toonaangevend bouwbedrijf in de regio Balen zijn wij op zoek naar een Werfleider die zijn of haar leiderschapskwaliteiten en organisatorische vaardigheden optimaal wil inzetten. Voel jij je in je element als je een team kunt aansteken en de dagelijkse operaties van een bouwproject in goede banen kunt leiden? Heb jij ervaring in het managen van complexe bouwprojecten? Ben jij een natuurlijke teamleider die anderen inspireert en motiveert? Ben je bedreven in het plannen en organiseren van werkzaamheden? Dan willen wij jou graag leren kennen!

In jouw rol als Werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • De dagelijkse werking en werforganisatie van middelgrote bouwprojecten.
  • Het leidinggeven aan een team van arbeiders en het aansturen van onderaannemers.
  • De tijdige afroep van materieel en materialen.
  • Het verzorgen van de nodige administratie, zoals de planning van mankracht, materieel, en het voorbereiden van wapening en legplannen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de projectleider om projectdoelen efficiënt te behalen.
  • Bijdragen aan de veiligheid op de werf en ervoor zorgen dat alle veiligheidsprotocollen strikt worden nageleefd.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Minimaal een diploma in een technische opleiding binnen de bouwsector, bij voorkeur met relevante ervaring.
  • Flexibiliteit in taken en werktijden, met een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • In het bezit van een geldig certificaat veiligheid leidinggevende VCA, of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen.
  • Vlotte omgang met de computer, met ervaring in Office-toepassingen en Autocad.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit.
