Voor onze dochteronderneming De Jonge in Ninove zoeken wij een ervaren Ploegbaas Elektriciteit. Iemand die het hoofd koel houdt op de werf, zijn team vlot aanstuurt én met plezier meedenkt over technische oplossingen. Je komt terecht in een groeiend, stabiel bedrijf waar mensen écht het verschil maken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Coördinatie van elektriciteitswerken op grote én kleinere werven, van opstart tot oplevering.
  • Aansturen en motiveren van één of twee monteurs, soms aangevuld met een stagiair of duaal student.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte werforganisatie: materiaal bestellen, planningen opvolgen, veiligheidsvoorschriften naleven.
  • Bijhouden van werfadministratie zoals vorderingsstaten en supplementbonnen.
  • Fungeren als het aanspreekpunt op de werf voor collega’s, klanten en projectleiders.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een diploma A2 Elektriciteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring in het vak.
  • Leiderschap en organisatietalent om je team en werf efficiënt aan te sturen.
  • Kennis van werfadministratie en vlotte communicatie met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Rijbewijs B en bij voorkeur in het bezit van VCA- en andere veiligheidscertificaten, of bereid die te behalen.
