The posting

Als Werfleider Elektriciteit & Industrial Automation ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische opvolging van industriële projecten.

Je stuurt een team van gemiddeld 4 à 5 techniekers aan en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en volgens de afgesproken planning verlopen.

Je vormt de schakel tussen de techniekers op de werf, de projectleider, de klant en andere betrokken partijen.

Afhankelijk van de grootte van het project neem je voornamelijk een coördinerende rol op of werk je zelf technisch mee op de werf.

Je komt terecht in uiteenlopende industriële omgevingen, waar je meewerkt aan de uitbreiding, modernisering en optimalisatie van elektrische en industriële installaties.

Dit zijn je voornaamste taken:

  • Opstellen van de werkplanning en opvolgen van de voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van gemiddeld 4 à 5 techniekers.
  • Zorgen voor duidelijke technische instructies en een vlotte organisatie op de werf.
  • Elektrische schema’s en installaties lezen, interpreteren en analyseren.
  • Meedenken over technische oplossingen, optimalisaties en praktische verbeteringen.
  • Voorbereiden van de werf en opvolgen van materiaal, gereedschap en leveringen.
  • Bestaande elektrische installaties en verdeelborden controleren en technische problemen analyseren.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid tijdens de werkzaamheden.
  • Waar nodig zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken bij bijvoorbeeld het trekken en aansluiten van kabels, vervangen van meetkasten, installeren van kleppen of testen van installaties.
  • Technische problemen zelfstandig onderzoeken en samen met de betrokken partijen naar een efficiënte oplossing zoeken.
  • Regelmatig overleg met de projectleider, klant en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en instaan voor de nodige werfadministratie en as-built documentatie.
  • Afhankelijk van het project werk je enkele weken tot meerdere maanden op dezelfde werf.
  • De projecten bevinden zich voornamelijk in Vlaanderen. Ook opdrachten in Nederland of Noord-Frankrijk kunnen voorkomen.
  • Een diploma A2 Elektriciteit vormt een goede basis. Gelijkwaardige ervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Bij voorkeur breng je minstens 5 jaar ervaring mee binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Een sterke technische kennis van elektriciteit en E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) is belangrijk.
  • Ervaring met industriële productie- en procesinstallaties is een duidelijke troef.
  • Elektrische schema’s lezen, interpreteren en analyseren vormt geen probleem.
  • Naast technische kennis beschik je over het nodige organisatorische inzicht om een team aan te sturen en werkzaamheden efficiënt te plannen.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit is belangrijk: wanneer de situatie erom vraagt, werk je zelf mee op de werf.
  • Afwisseling in projecten en werkomgevingen spreekt je aan.
  • Technische uitdagingen pak je oplossingsgericht aan en initiatief nemen zit in je natuur.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit krijgen bij jou de nodige aandacht.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands is vereist. Daarnaast kan je je goed uitdrukken in het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
