Wie wij zijn

ROCO brengt de sterkste spelers uit de Belgische bouwsector samen in één team. In opdracht van Lantis realiseren we onder andere de Kanaaltunnels en bouwen we mee aan een nieuwe, verdiepte Ring.

We werken snel, denken vooruit en lossen problemen samen op.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Je leidt de werf en stuurt eigen ploegen en onderaannemers aan
  • Je zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren en wanneer
  • Je bewaakt de planning en houdt het tempo hoog
  • Je vertaalt plannen naar een efficiënte uitvoering op de werf
  • Je houdt veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu scherp in de gaten
  • Je grijpt in wanneer nodig en stuurt bij zonder aarzelen
  • Je denkt vooruit en zoekt continu naar slimmere manieren van werken
  • Je volgt rendement op en houdt controle over kosten en voortgang
  • Je checkt facturatievoorstellen van onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Je rapporteert helder en to the point aan de projectleiding

Wie we zoeken

  • Je hebt een bachelor bouwkunde
  • Je brengt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring mee, idealiter in civiele werken
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht én een sterke feeling met de praktijk
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en wacht niet af
  • Je houdt overzicht, ook wanneer het druk wordt
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en krijgt mensen mee
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen werf, planning en administratie
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en kan je behelpen in Frans en Engels
  • Je hebt een VOL-VCA attest
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en gaat door tot het werkt
