  • In de rol van werfleider neem jij de volledige regie in handen over diverse uitdagende projecten in de regio.
  • Jouw dag start vaak met het aansturen van de eigen ploegen en onderaannemers, waarbij je zorgt dat iedereen exact weet wat het doel van de dag is.
  • Je bereidt technische dossiers tot in de puntjes voor zodat de uitvoering op het terrein zonder vertragingen verloopt.
  • Door proactief op de verschillende werven aanwezig te zijn, bewaak je de voortgang en stuur je direct bij waar dat technisch nodig is.
  • De administratieve opvolging, zoals dagverslagen en vorderingsstaten, houd je nauwgezet bij om een helder beeld van de rendabiliteit te borgen.
  • Veiligheid op de werkvloer staat bij jou altijd centraal, waardoor je nauwlettend toeziet op de strikte naleving van de VCA-richtlijnen.
  • Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als architecten, wat zorgt voor een sterke vertrouwensband doorheen het hele project.

Profiel

  • Een hoger diploma Bouwkunde is een must.
  • Voor deze positie als werfleider zoeken we iemand die stevig in zijn schoenen staat en graag met de voeten in de modder staat.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een organisatorisch talent dat het overzicht bewaart, zelfs wanneer er meerdere projecten gelijktijdig lopen.
  • Ervaring met het leiden van teams is een grote troef, maar vooral jouw vermogen om helder en direct te communiceren maakt hier het verschil.
  • Beschikken over een rijbewijs B is essentieel om je vlot tussen de diverse locaties te kunnen verplaatsen.
