Werfleider HVAC - Regio [locatie] - Voltijdse functieBen jij een organisatorisch talent met een passie voor HVAC? Als Werfleider HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie, coördinatie en opvolging van HVAC-projecten op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden kwalitatief, veilig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.Heb je ervaring in HVAC-installaties en werfcoördinatie? Kun je technische plannen lezen en beschik je over goede kennis van montagetechnieken? Ben je een teamspeler die zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan werken? In jouw rol ga je de volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Coördineren van alle HVAC-activiteiten op de werf en afstemmen met andere technieken voor een vlotte uitvoering.
  • Opvolgen van de installatie en controleren of de werken worden uitgevoerd volgens plannen, schema's, technische fiches en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers.
  • Tijdig ingrijpen bij afwijkingen, technische problemen of kwaliteitsissues.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega's, onderaannemers en projectmanagers en zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.
  • Bespreken van wijzigingen, technische aandachtspunten en mogelijke oplossingen met de projectmanager.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen, verslag uitbrengen en de gemaakte afspraken opvolgen.
  • Registreren van wijzigingen tijdens de uitvoering voor een correct as-built dossier.
  • Toezien op de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften, het correct gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's) en een veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van de werken.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, vragen we het volgende van jou:

  • Een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring in HVAC-installaties en werfcoördinatie.
  • Het vermogen om technische plannen te lezen en goede kennis van montagetechnieken en materialen.
  • Een organisatorisch sterk en communicatief vermogen, met een gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Flexibiliteit, oplossingsgerichtheid en oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Een rijbewijs B.
