Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een passie voor infrastructuurwerken? Wil je projecten van A tot Z mee in goede banen leiden en dagelijks het verschil maken op de werf? Voor een groeiende speler binnen de infrastructuursector zoeken we een Werfleider Infra die verantwoordelijkheid neemt over uitdagende projecten en verschillende teams aanstuurt.

Wat ga je doen? • Dagelijkse leiding en coördinatie van één of meerdere infrastructuurwerven

• Aansturen van eigen ploegen, onderaannemers en leveranciers

• Opvolgen van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget

• Organiseren en voorbereiden van de werkzaamheden op de werf

• Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en overleg met projectpartners

• Oplossen van technische en praktische uitdagingen tijdens de uitvoering

• Toezien op een efficiënte werforganisatie en correcte uitvoering van de werken

• Rapporteren over de voortgang van de projecten aan de projectleiding

Wie ben jij? • Bachelor Bouwkunde of Elektromechanica, Master Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

• Ervaring binnen infrastructuur-, wegenis- of nutswerken is een sterke troef

• Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt het overzicht, ook onder druk

• Je communiceert vlot met arbeiders, klanten en onderaannemers

• Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt oplossingsgericht

• Goede kennis van MS Office; kennis van MS Project is een pluspunt

• Rijbewijs B

• Perfecte kennis Nederlands vul je aan met een kennis Frans en Engels.
