Een klasse 8 aannemer in regio Gent zoekt een ervaren werfleider om het uitvoeringsteam te versterken. Dit sterk groeiende bedrijf met meer dan 200 medewerkers voert totaalprojecten uit in binnen- en buitenafwerking, van nieuwbouw tot complexe renovaties.

Projectleiding en uitvoering trekken hier samen aan hetzelfde zeel om projecten veilig, correct en binnen planning af te leveren, waar ook in België. Hier krijg je geen bureaujob, maar een hands-on functie met veel impact op de werf.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als werfleider bewaak je het vlotte en veilige verloop van grote bouwprojecten over heel België
  • Dagplanning, materiaalvoorziening en werfbezetting stem je perfect op elkaar af
  • Je stuurt ploegen en onderaannemers aan, met kennis van zaken en duidelijke communicatie
  • Knelpunten los je proactief op en je denkt mee over slimmere, efficiëntere werkwijzen
  • Samen met de projectleider vorm je het aanspreekpunt op de werf en stuur je bij waar nodig
  • Je hebt een relevant hoger diploma, zoals een graduaat werforganisatie of een bachelor bouwkunde
  • Minstens 3-5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Aansturen op grote werven (klasse 7 of 8) is voor jou vertrouwd terrein
  • Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands, werkt zelfstandig en bent bereid je binnen België te verplaatsen (afhankelijk van de werfplanning)
