Manus is een sociaal economiebedrijf waar ongeveer 500 mensen werken, met vestigingen verspreid over vlaanderen en brussel. Manus zoekt naar de beste 'jobfit' voor haar medewerkers, in sociale, maar liefst in reguliere economie. Ben je sociaal ingesteld en maak je graag deel uit van een enthousiast team? Super! Ben je gepassioneerd door het begeleiden van (doelgroep)medewerkers? Fantastisch! Weet jij bovendien als geen ander hoe je een poetskar, mop en stofzuiger als een expert hanteert? Dan kijken wij er naar uit om jou te leren kennen!

Wat is de functie van een werfleider?

Als werfleider fungeer je als de spilfiguur die onze organisatie draaiende houdt. Je bent de lijm tussen onze klanten, arbeiders, ploegverantwoordelijken, regiomanagers, onthaalmedewerkers en alle andere personen die aan jouw mouw komen trekken. Net omdat je zo onmisbaar bent!

· je stuurt meerdere teams van arbeiders aan, coacht hen op vlak van arbeidsattitude

· je komt elke dag op tijd, bent gemotiveerd en communicatief. Je bent een voorbeeld voor onze doelgroepmedewerkers én ploegverantwoordelijken!

· je bent de enthousiasteling die met plezier onze medewerkers aanleert wat men jou ooit aanleerde.

· jij kent jouw werven door en door, net zoals de talenten van onze medewerkers.

· je zorgt niet alleen dat de werven kwaliteitsvol en tijdig worden afgewerkt, maar je kan dit ook administratief verwerken. Werken met werffiches en excel is voor jou dan ook vanzelfsprekend.

· last but not least begeleid en motiveer je onze werknemers in het ‘manus doorstroomverhaal’.

· Je hebt een technisch diploma. Of je hebt er geen. Dat maakt ons niet uit. Jouw ervaring en hands-on aanpak is waarom we jou graag in ons team willen!

· Je bent geen IT specialist, maar je hebt de nodige kennis om een planning te maken in Excel en om jouw collega’s achter hun veren te zitten via mail.

· Jij beslist zelf graag (mee) hoe je werkdag er uit ziet, maar bent ook flexibel genoeg om alles om te gooien als dat nodig is.

· Jij hebt geen nine to five mentaliteit, maar je floreert in een job met daguren.

· Je loopt nooit gefrustreerd rond, want jij weet tijdig en duidelijk te communiceren.

· Naar de klanten communiceer jij met een glimlach. Naar onze arbeiders doe je dat met nog een grotere.

· Je hebt een (handgeschakeld) rijbewijs B en verplaatst je gemakkelijk naar al onze werven regio Antwerpen.

· Functioneren onder druk is voor jou a piece of cake.

· Een goede kennis van het Frans en het Nederlands is een must
