Een werfleidersfunctie waarin je technische verantwoordelijkheid combineert met het aansturen van ervaren techniekers. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten binnen industrie, infrastructuur en offshore. Met doorgroeimogelijkheden, een aantrekkelijk loonpakket en veel autonomie krijg je hier ruimte om jouw technische ervaring verder uit te bouwen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bereidt mechanische werven technisch en praktisch voor.
  • Je selecteert mensen, materialen, gereedschappen en werfvoorzieningen.
  • Je stuurt service techniekers en assistent werfleiders aan.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en communicatie op de werf.
  • Je rapporteert over de voortgang aan klanten en interne teams.

Waar ga je werken? Technische expertise en mechanica vormen de basis van de projecten. Vanuit drie divisies wordt gewerkt aan industriële machines, infrastructuur zoals bruggen en sluizen en offshore projecten, regelmatig in samenwerking met grote internationale partners.

Met een ongeveer gelijke verhouding tussen arbeiders en bedienden werkt de organisatie vanuit een familiale KMO structuur. Je krijgt rechtstreeks contact met ervaren collega’s en werkt samen binnen een team waarin verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief belangrijk zijn.

De projecten zijn technisch gevarieerd en vragen een praktische aanpak. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar geven en nemen centraal staan en waar medewerkers ruimte krijgen om zich verder te ontwikkelen.

Call to action

  • Je hebt een sterke mechanische technische achtergrond.
  • Je bent veiligheidsbewust en werkt nauwkeurig volgens procedures.
  • Een VCA attest of bereidheid deze te behalen is noodzakelijk om te starten.
  • Attesten voor vorklift, hoogtewerker of besloten ruimtes zijn een plus.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels is een plus.
