In een stabiele infrastructuromgeving krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een uitgebreid areaal langs het Albertkanaal, waar je instaat voor de organisatie, opvolging en kwaliteitsbewaking van diverse onderhoudswerken. De functie biedt veel autonomie, terreinwerking en directe impact op veiligheid en efficiëntie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijkse aanwezigheid op het terrein en aansturen van ploegen en onderaannemers.
  • Beheren van omvangrijke onderhoudscontracten binnen de regio Albertkanaal (Noord‑Zuid Kempen, Bruggen Albertkanaal 1 en 2).
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van wegen‑ en infrastructuuronderhoud, bruggen, tunnels, grachten, rioleringen, markeringen en signalisatie.
  • Uitvoeren van inspecties en rondgangen op het volledige areaal.
  • Coördineren van groenonderhoud zoals maaien, hagen scheren, beplantingen en ecopassages .
  • Opstellen van planningen en werkvoorbereiding.
  • Aansturen van eigen onderhoudsploegen en coördineren van onderaannemers.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en correcte uitvoering van de werken.
  • Rapporteren van uitgevoerde werken en vastgestelde gebreken.
  • Formuleren van voorstellen voor verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in infrastructuur‑, wegen‑ of onderhoudswerken.
  • Praktische ingesteldheid en voldoende technische kennis om problemen zelfstandig op te lossen.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in team kunnen werken.
  • Organisatorisch talent en leiderschap.
  • Sterke focus op veilig en kwaliteitsvol werken.
  • Gemotiveerde en verantwoordelijke houding.
  • Bereidheid om autonoom een volledig gebied te beheren en prioriteiten te bepalen.
