The posting

Binnen een grootschalig infrastructuurproject krijg je een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse organisatie en uitvoering van technische werken. Je combineert leidinggeven met een sterke operationele aanwezigheid op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat alle activiteiten veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning verlopen. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen projectleiding, teams, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werking op één of meerdere werven.
  • Aansturen van medewerkers en onderaannemers en zorgen voor een efficiënte samenwerking.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van dag‑ en weekplanningen.
  • Voorbereiden van de werf en coördineren van werkplannen, vergunningen, signalisatie en materiaalbehoeften.
  • Beheren van logistiek, materialen, materieel, leveringen, transporten en huurovereenkomsten.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en ondersteunen bij technische en praktische uitdagingen.
  • Coachen en motiveren van het team en bijdragen aan een positieve werksfeer.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en naleving van voorschriften (QHSE) .
  • Uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties, geven van toolboxen en ondersteunen bij risico‑ en incidentonderzoeken.
  • Nauwkeurig bijhouden van werfadministratie zoals dagrapporten, werkfiches, foto’s, hoeveelheden en as‑built documentatie.
  • Opvolgen van aanwezigheden, certificaten en administratieve verplichtingen zoals CIAW en KLIP‑KLIM.
  • Ondersteunen bij vorderingsstaten en andere projectdocumentatie.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met projectleiding, opdrachtgevers, steden, gemeenten en onderaannemers.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en rapporteren over voortgang, problemen en afwijkingen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan continue verbetering door lessons learned toe te passen.
  • Werken volgens interne QHSE‑maatregelen en de S.M.A.R.T.-waarden uitdragen.
  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • In het bezit van een VCA VOL‑certificaat of bereid dit snel te behalen.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en ervaring met het aansturen van technische projecten of werven.
  • Vlot werken met Office 365 en digitale toepassingen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, met bijkomende kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Een natuurlijke leider die medewerkers motiveert, coacht en begeleidt.
  • Organisatorisch sterk, resultaatgericht en in staat overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Constructief omgaan met conflicten en verschillende partijen verbinden.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu als vanzelfsprekende prioriteiten.
