Voor een sterk en gerespecteerd bouwbedrijf zoeken we een werf of projectleider die structuur brengt, mensen kan aansturen en energie haalt uit infrastructuur en burgerlijke bouwkunde.

Geen functie waar je constant moet wachten op beslissingen van bovenaf. Wel een rol met autonomie, verantwoordelijkheid en projecten waar je jouw technische en organisatorische skills volledig kan inzetten.

Functieomschrijving

Als werf of projectleider neem je de leiding over infrastructuurwerken, burgerlijke bouwkunde en toevoerleidingen zoals waterleidingsprojecten.

Je staat in voor de volledige organisatie en opvolging van jouw werf of projecten. Van planning en logistiek tot veiligheid, kwaliteit en communicatie met ploegbazen, arbeiders en opdrachtgevers.

Een typische werkdag?

Je maakt de globale planning en dagplanning op voor personeel, materieel en transport, controleert niveaus en tracés en volgt de voortgang van de werf nauwgezet op.

Daarnaast stuur je ploegen aan, motiveer je medewerkers en zorg je ervoor dat werken uitgevoerd worden volgens lastenboek en veiligheidsprocedures. Je volgt meerwerken en vorderingsstaten op en verdedigt deze waar nodig.

Ook technisch denkwerk hoort erbij. Je zoekt mee naar slimme oplossingen en varianten die zowel technisch als financieel interessant zijn voor klant én bedrijf.
