Neem de leiding over projecten met impact

Als Werfleider/ Projectleider ben je de spilfiguur tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Je bewaakt het volledige verloop van jouw projecten en zorgt ervoor dat planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je coördineert één of meerdere infrastructuurprojecten van opstart tot oplevering.
  • Je stelt de uitvoeringsplanning op en bewaakt nauwgezet de voortgang van de werken.
  • Je stuurt eigen ploegen, onderaannemers en leveranciers aan en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, studiebureaus en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je volgt budgetten, rendementen en nacalculaties op en grijpt tijdig in waar nodig.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Je analyseert technische uitdagingen en vertaalt deze naar haalbare en efficiënte oplossingen.
  • Je rapporteert de voortgang van jouw projecten en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties binnen de organisatie.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met organisatorisch talent. Je houdt van verantwoordelijkheid en weet mensen op een constructieve manier mee te nemen richting een gezamenlijk doel. Je neemt beslissingen wanneer nodig en behoudt ook in drukke periodes het overzicht.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je behaalde een bachelor of master in Bouwkunde of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring als werfleider, projectleider of in een vergelijkbare technische coördinatiefunctie.
  • Je werkt planmatig en houdt steeds het overzicht over verschillende projecten en prioriteiten.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel met medewerkers, klanten en partners.
  • Je denkt vooruit, lost problemen proactief op en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je beslissingen.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een efficiënte uitvoering van de werken.
  • Je wil meebouwen aan een organisatie waar vertrouwen, vakkennis en samenwerking centraal staan.
