In deze rol als werfleider neem jij de volledige regie in handen, vanaf de overdracht door de calculatiedienst tot aan de uiteindelijke oplevering van de werf.

  • Je bewaakt de rendabiliteit en de planning van je projecten door nauwgezet toezicht te houden op de uitvoeringstermijnen en het budgetbeheer.
  • Jouw dag draait om het aansturen en motiveren van het werfteam en de onderaannemers, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze communicatie en een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Als spilfiguur onderhoud je de contacten met architecten, studiebureaus en bouwheren, waardoor je langetermijnrelaties opbouwt gebaseerd op vertrouwen en kwaliteit.
  • Je ziet toe op de technische uitvoering en zorgt dat elk detail voldoet aan de hoogste standaarden en de specifieke eisen van de klant.
  • De administratieve opvolging, zoals het controleren van vorderingsstaten en het opstellen van verslagen, handel je nauwkeurig af om een transparant overzicht te behouden.

Profiel

Om succesvol te zijn als werfleider, beschik je over een stevige dosis technisch inzicht en een pragmatische instelling.

  • Een diploma in een bouwkundige richting, vormt jouw theoretische fundament.
  • Relevante ervaring in het leiden van middelgrote tot grote bouwprojecten is essentieel om de complexiteit van de dossiers te doorgronden.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een natuurlijke leider die besluitvaardig optreedt en rust bewaart, ook wanneer de druk op de werf toeneemt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en weet op verschillende niveaus te schakelen, van de vakman op de steiger tot de directie in de boardroom.
