In deze rol als werfleider ruwbouw neem jij het voortouw bij de operationele uitvoering op de bouwplaats, waarbij je zorgt dat de ruwbouwfase volgens de hoogste standaarden verloopt.

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse activiteiten van zowel eigen arbeiders als onderaannemers, zodat de planning strikt wordt nageleefd en de vooruitgang op de werf geen vertraging oploopt.
  • Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht controleer je nauwgezet de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken en stuur je bij waar nodig om technische fouten proactief te vermijden.
  • Het bewaken van de veiligheid op de werf is voor jou een absolute prioriteit, waarbij je toeziet op het correcte gebruik van materialen en de naleving van alle voorschriften.
  • Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor architecten en studiebureaus tijdens werfvergaderingen, waar je met heldere argumenten de voortgang en eventuele uitdagingen bespreekt.
  • Jouw administratieve nauwkeurigheid komt naar boven bij het bijhouden van werfdagboeken en het afroepen van de benodigde materialen, zodat de logistieke flow optimaal blijft.

Profiel

Voor de positie van werfleider ruwbouw zoeken we iemand die stevig in zijn schoenen staat en natuurlijke rust uitstraalt, ook wanneer de druk op de bouwplaats toeneemt.

  • Een hogere bouwkundige opleiding vormt de basis, maar we hechten vooral waarde aan jouw praktijkervaring in het aansturen van complexe ruwbouwprojecten.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een probleemoplosser die niet denkt in hindernissen, maar altijd op zoek gaat naar de meest efficiënte methode om een doel te bereiken.
  • Communicatief sta je je mannetje; je weet op een respectvolle maar kordate manier mensen te motiveren en de neuzen in dezelfde richting te krijgen.
  • Ervaring met digitale tools voor werfopvolging is een plus, aangezien we sterk inzetten op innovatie om onze processen te blijven optimaliseren.
