Hou jij ervan om een werf in goede banen te leiden? Teams aan te sturen, planning te bewaken en ervoor te zorgen dat alles vlot draait? Dan zou dit wel eens een match kunnen zijn. Voor een sterke klasse 8 aannemer actief in regio Gent zoeken we een werfleider die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag mee bouwt aan uiteenlopende projecten.

De functie inhoud Om je een duidelijk beeld te geven van de job als werfleider regio Gent:

  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorgt dat de dagelijkse werking vlot verloopt.
  • De planning hou je scherp in de gaten en je zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met ploegbazen, vakmannen en onderaannemers.
  • Werfvergaderingen volg je mee op en je zorgt voor een correcte verslaggeving.
  • Materiaal tijdig afroepen en de praktische organisatie van de werf behoren ook tot jouw taken.

Je werkt hierbij in tandem met een projectleider, die je ondersteunt en begeleidt waar nodig.

Onze klant Je komt terecht in een bouwbedrijf dat actief is op zowel de openbare als de privémarkt. Ze realiseren een brede mix aan projecten: van residentiële gebouwen, kantoren en scholen tot ziekenhuizen, zwembaden en sportinfrastructuur. Hun werven situeren zich voornamelijk tussen de kust en regio Gent.

Het bedrijf telt een 60-tal bedienden, maar behoudt een heel familiale sfeer waar collega’s elkaar kennen en ondersteunen. Veel medewerkers werken er al lange tijd, wat getuigt van een sterke teamcultuur en stabiliteit.

Daarnaast zijn er mooie groeimogelijkheden, zowel verticaal als horizontaal, zodat je je carrière verder kan uitbouwen binnen het bedrijf. Er wordt ook geïnvesteerd in mensen via opleidingsdagen, teambuildings en gezondheidscampagnes rond onder andere voeding, stoppen met roken en core stability.
