Als werfleider neem jij het voortouw bij de opstart, opvolging en afwerking van diverse projecten. Jouw dagen zitten vol afwisseling, waarbij je continu stuurt op kwaliteit en rendement.

  • Aansturen van de ploegbazen en arbeiders op de werf zodat iedereen veilig, efficiënt en met de juiste middelen aan de slag kan.
  • Coördineren van het materiaal, de eigen zware machines en de onderaannemers om stilstand te vermijden en de planning strikt te respecteren.
  • Bewaken van het voorziene budget en waken over de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften, wat telkens resulteert in een rendabele oplevering.
  • Fungeren als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de bouwheer, de interne studiedienst en de leveranciers tijdens de wekelijkse werfvergaderingen.
  • Opstellen van de vorderingsstaten en het verzorgen van een overzichtelijke administratieve rapportering, waardoor de facturatie tijdig volgt.

Profiel

  • Ervaring in de civiele techniek, grondwerken of rioleringen vormt een stevige basis om in deze functie als werfleider vlot je draai te vinden.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een directe communicator die vlot knopen doorhakt wanneer zich onvoorziene omstandigheden op de werf voordoen.
  • Organisatorisch inzicht helpt je enorm om moeiteloos het overzicht te bewaren over meerdere teams en werven tegelijk.
