Wil jij als werfleider jouw stempel drukken op uitdagende HVAC-projecten? Ben jij een enthousiaste teamleider die graag de touwtjes in handen neemt? Dan hebben wij de ideale kans voor jou! In deze functie ben jij de motor achter de uitvoering van projecten en zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.

Als werfleider heb je een cruciale rol in het aansturen van monteurs, lassers en onderaannemers. Jij biedt niet alleen technische ondersteuning, maar zorgt ook voor een optimale samenwerking binnen je team. Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn divers en omvatten onder andere:

  • Het opstellen van gedetailleerde planningen en het efficiënt beheren van werkuren en middelen.
  • Het samenwerken met de projectleider en ondersteuning bieden bij administratieve taken zoals bestellingen en materiaalcontrole.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht in HVAC- en sanitaire installaties en kunt goed overweg met technische plannen.
  • Je beschikt over enige ervaring in de bouwsector.
  • Je hebt een bewezen staat van dienst in het leiden van een team en weet hoe je je team kunt motiveren voor de beste prestaties.
  • Je bent dynamisch, flexibel en kunt zowel zelfstandig als in een team werken.
  • Veiligheid is voor jou een prioriteit, en je zorgt ervoor dat alle veiligheidsmaatregelen worden nageleefd.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
