The posting

Voor onze kinderdagverblijven bouwen we een wervingsreserve op, om ook bij ad hoc vervangingen een match tussen onze organisatie en de kandidaat te voorzien!

Als medewerker van een klein team zal je instaan voor de begeleiding en verzorging van kinderen tussen 0 en 3 jaar oud.

Je draagt onze pedagogische visie mee uit in de werking.

Samen met je collega's kijk je naar wat kinderen boeit, naar wat kinderen nodig hebben, en speel je hierop in.

Jouw taken:

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse verzorgende taken op jou: verschoning, eten geven, middagdutjes…
  • Je zorgt voor fijne dagactiviteiten aangepast aan de leeftijd van de kinderen en je speelt in op wat kinderen nodig hebben (vertroeteling, troost, extra impulsen)
  • Je zorgt voor de administratie die voortkomt uit de taken: invullen van heen- en weerschriftje, ontwikkelingsboekjes, dagelijkse aanwezigheidsadministratie...

Je geeft zelf aan welke vestigingen qua afstand voor jou haalbaar zijn en hoeveel uren je minimaal en maximaal wenst te werken.

Ook als je openstaat voor korte, losse opdrachten kom je zeker in aanmerking! (bv. interessant voor kandidaten die reeds werken in buitenschoolse opvang, al dan niet met onderbroken of alternerende shifts, of voor kandidaten die deeltijds werken of een opleiding volgen met vrije momenten).

Uiteraard zoeken we ook kandidaten voor langdurige opdrachten (bv. bij zwangerschap, als er uren vrijkomen nav ouderschapsverlof of tijdskrediet, ...)!

  • Je voldoet aan de diplomakwalificaties die Kind en Gezin oplegt (https://www.kindengezin.be/img/kwalificaties-schema-max18plaatsen.pdf).
  • Omdat het gaat om een vervanging in een kleinschalig kinderdagverblijf, zijn we op zoek naar een kinderbegeleid(st)er met ervaring in werken met baby’s en peuters.
