The posting

Als toekomstig operator zorg jij ervoor dat industriële productieprocessen soepel, veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Binnen één jaar leer jij alles over het instellen, bedienen en controleren van machines, het oplossen van storingen en het verbeteren van processen.

Het traject bestaat uit twee fasen:

Fase 1 – Kennismaken met het vak

Je start met 1 tot 3 maanden werkervaring opdoen bij een erkend leerbedrijf. Zo leer je de werkzaamheden kennen en ontdek je of het operatorvak echt bij je past.

Fase 2 – Start van je opleiding

Als jij, je werkgever én Olympia positief zijn, start je met de opleiding. Deze volg je grotendeels digitaal vanuit huis (ca. 6–8 uur per week). De theorie sluit je af met toetsen en praktijkopdrachten op je werkplek. Bij een mbo-opleiding leg je ook staatsexamens af in Nederlands en rekenen.

Na afronding ben je klaar voor taken zoals:

- Instellen en afstellen van machines - Signaleren en oplossen van storingen - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren - Veiligheid en hygiëne waarborgen - Aansturen van productiemedewerkers - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen

- Je hebt een sterke motivatie om operator te worden - Je bent bereid om 6–8 uur per week te studeren naast je werk - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed - Je kunt en wilt in ploegendienst werken - Je beschikt over eigen vervoer
