Wil je vanuit de bouwplaats doorgroeien naar een organiserende functie? Als Werkorganisator Bouw in Den Ilp krijg je de kans om techniek te combineren met planning en werkvoorbereiding. Je werkt aan projecten in de bestaande bouw en ziet direct hoe jouw voorbereiding terugkomt in de uitvoering. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever ben je betrokken bij de voorbereiding van mutatie-, renovatie- en transformatieprojecten. Je bezoekt projectlocaties, neemt werkzaamheden op en beoordeelt wat nodig is om een woning of gebouw goed aan te pakken. Vervolgens werk je de informatie uit en zorg je voor een praktische planning. Van buiten naar binnen Een groot deel van jouw werk begint op locatie. Je overlegt met uitvoerders en vakmensen en verzamelt de informatie die nodig is voor een goede voorbereiding. Op kantoor regel je vervolgens offertes, materialen, vakmensen en planningen. Verschillende soorten bouw Geen bestaande woning of gebouw is hetzelfde. Je krijgt daardoor te maken met uiteenlopende werkzaamheden, van mutatieonderhoud en woningverbetering tot renovatie en transformatie. Hierdoor bouw je snel brede kennis op. Jouw technische ervaring telt Een bouwkundige opleiding is interessant, maar ook praktijkervaring kan goed aansluiten. Heb je bijvoorbeeld als timmerman, monteur of vakman gewerkt? Dan weet je hoe werkzaamheden op locatie verlopen. In deze functie leer je hoe je die kennis inzet bij de voorbereiding. Groeien naar de volgende stap Je krijgt steeds meer zelfstandigheid naarmate je ervaring groeit. Een mogelijke vervolgstap is Werkvoorbereider, Projectcoördinator, Uitvoerder of Projectleider. Met een Career Coach en opleidingsbudget krijg je ondersteuning bij deze ontwikkeling.
