Jij schakelt vlot tussen kantoor en project, signaleert kansen en pakt verbeterpunten direct op. - Je maakt offertes en bereidt werkzaamheden zorgvuldig voor. - Je plant vaklieden, materialen en activiteiten op een slimme manier in. - Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's. - Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, kosten en meer- en minderwerk. - Je stemt af met projectleider, uitvoerder en engineers en houdt iedereen aangehaakt. Functie-eisen Je hebt een minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider, werkorganisator of in een vergelijkbare bouwkundige functie. Jij combineert bouwkundig inzicht met een nauwkeurige manier van werken en weet hoe je structuur aanbrengt in een lopend project. Daarnaast kun je helder communiceren, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en met overtuiging afstemmen op verschillende niveaus. Revit-kennis is een pre en je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waarin je vooruitdenkt en zorgvuldig te werk gaat. - Bouwkundige kennis en ervaring binnen de aannemerij of onderhoudswerk. - Ervaring met plannen, organiseren en het bewaken van voortgang. - Je werkt gestructureerd en signaleert afwijking...
