Als werkorganisator servicedesk vervul je een centrale rol in het coördineren van dagelijkse onderhoudswerkzaamheden voor verschillende woningcorporaties. Je behandelt meldingen over diverse zaken, zoals lekkages, defecte kranen, beschadigde badkamermeubels en kapotte ramen. In deze rol fungeer je als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor klanten, waarbij je het gehele proces beheert, vanaf het moment van melding tot de uiteindelijke oplossing van het probleem en de tevredenheid van de klant. Een sterke communicatieve vaardigheid is daarbij essentieel, evenals het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met mensen. We zoeken naar een kandidaat die flexibel kan schakelen en enige ervaring heeft op het gebied van renovatie en onderhoud. Je bent van begin tot eind verantwoordelijk voor het proces en zorgt ervoor dat de klant op de hoogte blijft van de voortgang. Bij voorkeur zoeken we iemand die zich voor langere tijd aan deze functie wil wijden. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die affiniteit heeft met techniek en bouw en het leuk vindt om te bellen en organiseren. We geven de voorkeur aan iemand met 5-10 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Hierbij letten we op het volgende: - Vloeiend in de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Mbo/hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Affiniteit met bouw en techniek; - Communicatief vaardig; - Proactief.
