Dan is deze functie als Werkplaatsmedewerker meubelmakerij iets voor jou. In deze rol werk je aan maatwerkmeubels die speciaal worden ontworpen voor klanten in onder andere de zorg, het onderwijs en de publieke sector. Je werkt niet aan standaardproducten, maar aan wisselende projecten. Elk meubel is anders en vraagt om precisie, inzicht en vakmanschap. Als Werkplaatsmedewerker meubelmakerij zie je jouw werk terug in een tastbaar eindresultaat waar dagelijks gebruik van wordt gemaakt. Wat ga je doen? - Lezen en toepassen van werkinstructies en technische tekeningen - Voorbereiden en bewerken van materialen zoals hout en plaatmateriaal - Zelf maken of aanpassen van onderdelen - Monteren en samenstellen van meubels - Zorgvuldig afwerken voor een duurzaam eindresultaat - Controleren van maatvoering, kwaliteit en afwerking Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je gaat aan de slag bij een ambachtelijk bedrijf in Tiel dat al sinds 1978 maatwerkmeubels produceert. Denk aan kasten, balies, keukens en werkplekken die volledig worden afgestemd op de ruimte en het gebruik. De werkplaats bestaat uit een hecht team van ongeveer acht collega's. De sfeer is informeel en collegiaal. Nieuwe medewerkers worden goed ingewerkt en krijgen de ruimte om zich te ontwikkelen. Wil je doorgroeien?
