Voor een technische onderneming in Doornik zoeken we een werkplaatsverantwoordelijke die vakkennis combineert met planning, kwaliteitscontrole en teamcoördinatie. Je houdt de werkzaamheden op koers, ondersteunt medewerkers bij technische uitdagingen en waakt over een kwalitatief eindresultaat. De functie inhoud

  • Je verdeelt de taken, maakt werkbonnen op en bewaakt de voortgang van verschillende projecten.
  • Tijdens en na de metallisatie- en spuitwerken controleer je of alles aan de technische vereisten voldoet.
  • Spuiters en voorbereiders kunnen bij jou terecht voor uitleg, technische ondersteuning en feedback.
  • Je houdt de voorraad en staat van het materiaal in de gaten.
  • Vragen over bestellingen, kleuren of aanpassingen bespreek je rechtstreeks met klanten.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten en zoekt manieren om de werkplaats efficiënter te laten draaien.

Onze klant Deze technische onderneming in Doornik werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de afwerking en behandeling van bedrijfsvoertuigen en constructies. Elk project vraagt om een nauwkeurige voorbereiding en een goede afstemming tussen mensen, materialen en planning.

Als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke sta je dicht bij de praktijk. Je ziet het resultaat van je werk, kunt technische problemen meteen aanpakken en krijgt de ruimte om de dagelijkse werking mee te verbeteren. Ook de samenwerking met klanten, leveranciers en andere afdelingen maakt je job veelzijdig. Ben jij wie we zoeken?

  • Een opleiding in spuittechnieken of relevante praktijkervaring vormt de basis.
  • Je kent de verschillende spuittechnieken, verfsoorten en coatingsystemen.
  • Leidinggeven ligt je en je weet medewerkers op een duidelijke, respectvolle manier te begeleiden.
  • Nederlands, Frans en Engels beheers je goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Elke extra taal is een sterke plus.
  • Ervaring in een carrosserieomgeving of met vrachtwagens en bestelwagens is mooi meegenomen.
