Als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke combineer je leidinggeven met uitvoerend werk. Je staat in voor de dagelijkse coördinatie binnen het atelier en zorgt ervoor dat de opdrachten efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw taken omvatten:

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van collega-lassers en monteurs.
  • Plannen en verdelen van de werkzaamheden, zodat alles vlot verloopt.
  • Meewerken aan las- en montagewerken, op maat van de klant.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en waken over een nauwkeurige afwerking.
  • Administratieve taken zoals werkbonnen bijhouden en bestellingen opvolgen.
  • Toezicht houden op veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgen voor een nette werkplek.

  • Leidinggevende vaardigheden: Je stuurt een team aan en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Technisch inzicht: Je hebt een sterke kennis van metaalbewerking en lassen.
  • Oplossingsgericht denken: Je speelt snel in op uitdagingen en verbetert werkprocessen.
  • Kwaliteitsbewust en nauwkeurig: Je levert steeds goed en nauwkeurig werk af.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel: Je kan goed schakelen tussen verschillende taken en deadlines.
  • Taalvaardig: Je spreekt goed Nederlands en basis Engels.
  • Rijbewijs B: Verplicht voor deze functie.
  • Pluspunt: Certificaten zoals VCA VOL of een rolbrug-attest zijn een meerwaarde.
