Geen dag is hetzelfde als Werkplekbegeleider. De ene dag start je samen met je leerling bij de overdracht en begeleid je de zorg voor een complexe zorgvrager. De volgende dag leer je een verpleegtechnische handeling aan, loop je mee tijdens een artsenvisite of begeleid je jouw leerling tijdens een MDO . Je legt uit, stelt vragen, geeft feedback en vooral: je geeft vertrouwen. Het mooiste moment? Wanneer je ziet dat jouw leerling steeds zelfstandiger en zelfverzekerder wordt met veel kennis, kunde en de juiste attitude. Als werkplekbegeleider ben je veel op de afdeling(en) en werk je samen op met leerlingen en stagiaires. Je leert hen de fijne kneepjes van het vak en doet er alles aan om de leerlingen bij te staan in hun groei en ontwikkeling naar een zelfstandig functioneerde zorgprofessional. Zorgen voor de zorgprofessionals van morgen, daar doe je het voor! Dit ga je doen Bij de Frankelandgroep streven we naar hoogwaardige zorg en investeren we in de deskundigheid van onze medewerkers. Vanuit ons Leer- en Ontwikkelcentrum (L&O) begeleid jij leerlingen en stagiaires tijdens hun opleiding en praktijkperiode. Je bent gekoppeld aan één of twee van onze locaties en vormt, samen met de praktijkopleiders, een belangrijke schakel tussen leren en werken. Leren doe je in de praktijk. Daarom werk je actief mee met leerlingen en geef je professionele en methodische instructies, zodat zij het vak met hoofd én hart onder de knie krijgen. Je begeleidt hen tijdens hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden, stimuleert hun ontwikkeling en helpt hen groeien tot zelfstandige zorgprofessionals. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je: - geeft directe begeleiding en ondersteuning aan leerlingen en stagiaires tijdens hun leer- en werkproces; - oefent en toetst verzorgende- en verpleegtech...
