Je ondersteunt eindgebruikers bij vragen, lost storingen op en draagt bij aan migratie- en optimalisatieprojecten. Met jouw kennis en nauwkeurigheid zorg je voor een stabiele en efficiënte werkomgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Inrichten en beheren van werkplekken, laptops en randapparatuur - Beheren van accounts en rechten in Active Directory - Ondersteunen bij vragen over Windows, Office 365 en applicaties - Uitrollen van software en updates via Intune of SCCM - Ondersteunen bij migratie- en verbeterprojecten Jij hebt het in je - Een afgeronde mbo-niveau 3/4 of hbo-opleiding richting IT - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als werkplekbeheerder of support engineer - Kennis van Windows 10/11, Office 365 en Active Directory - Ervaring met Intune, SCCM of vergelijkbare ...
