Als werkplekbeheerder bij NLR zorg je met een glimlach dat alles werkt én denk je mee over hoe het beter en slimmer kan, van laptops en werkplekken tot vergaderzalen, in een hightech omgeving waar innovatie nooit stilstaat. Wat ga je doen? Samen met jouw collega's zorg jij voor een goed werkende ICT-infrastructuur. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's met ICT- vragen en zorgt dat problemen snel en goed worden opgelost. Je luistert, legt technische zaken begrijpelijk uit en zoekt samen naar een oplossing. Jouw werkzaamheden variëren van het oplossen van storingen en het uitleveren van computersystemen tot de installatie en configuratie van software die voor toegepast onderzoek wordt ingezet. Je levert als werkplekbeheerder zowel eerste- als tweedelijns ondersteuning. Je bent daarmee niet alleen bezig met computers en techniek. Je hebt dagelijks contact met collega's uit verschillende disciplines. In het kort: - Het behandelen van tickets en het oplossen van ICT-vraagstukken; - Het installeren, configureren en uitgeven van laptops, werkstations, schermen, telefoons en andere apparatuur; - Het inrichten van werkplekken voor nieuwe en bestaande collega's; - Het technisch ondersteunen van vergaderzalen, waaronder beeld en geluid; - Het installeren en beheren van software en applicaties; - Het bieden van eerste- en tweedelijns ondersteuning; - Het ondersteunen van ICT-projecten en verbeteringen binnen de organisatie.
