Aufgabengebiet

* Unterstützung des laufenden Werkstattbetriebs

* Arbeiten im Lackier- und Spengler Bereich

* Durchführung alltäglicher Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Werkzeugen, Materialien und Fahrzeugen

* strukturierte Arbeitsweise und selbstständiges Erledigen der anfallenden Aufgaben

Anforderungen

* Berufserfahrung im Werkstattumfeld, idealerweise im Lackier- oder Spengler Bereich

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Verlässlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit und ein ruhiger, sauberer Arbeitsstil

* Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dauerhaft mitzuwirken

* Führerschein B/C (für Werkstätten Fahrten) von Vorteil

Gehalt und Überstunden

Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn beträgt 2.178,07 € brutto pro Monat (auf 40 Stunden Basis). Der tatsächliche Lohn liegt je nach Qualifikation & Erfahrung zwischen 2.500 € und 3.000 € brutto pro Monat (auf 40 Stunden Basis). Der Lohn wird 14-mal jährlich ausbezahlt. Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag Güterbeförderungsgewerbe. Anfallende Überstunden werden in Form von Zeitausgleich abgegolten.
