Ihr neues Aufgabenfeld - motivierend und zukunftsorientiert:

* Gemeinsam mit dem Sales-Team unterstützen Sie bei der Aufbereitung, Analyse und Visualisierung von Vertriebsdaten in Excel.

* Bestehende Excel-Tools und Reporting-Vorlagen entwickeln Sie mittels VBA eigenständig weiter und automatisieren dabei wiederkehrende Arbeitsschritte.

* Bei der Konzeption neuer digitaler Hilfsmittel zur Effizienzsteigerung im Vertrieb bringen Sie eigene Ideen aktiv ein.

* Reports, Dashboards und Auswertungen erstellen und pflegen Sie so, dass Ergebnisse für das gesamte Team jederzeit nachvollziehbar und verlässlich verfügbar sind.

* Bei der Schnittstellenintegration zwischen verschiedenen Vertriebssystemen unterstützen Sie das Team und gewinnen dabei praxisnahe Einblicke in unsere Sales-Prozesse.

Ihre Qualifikationen - fundiert und adäquat:

* Laufendes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie fundierte Erfahrung mit VBA

* Erste Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. Python, SQL o. Ä.) von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate, etc.

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* KI ist für Sie kein Buzzword sondern ist bestandteil des Alltags

* kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
