Dan is dit jouw kans om als Werkstudent Parts Support aan de slag te gaan binnen ons Spare Parts team! Wat ga je doen? Als werkstudent Parts Support ben jij de rechterhand van ons Spare Parts team. Je helpt klanten met het verwerken van orders, en volgt orders op welke nog geleverd moeten worden. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij administratieve taken en klantcontact. Concreet betekent dit: - Je volgt op en bewaakt de voortgang van onderdeel aanvragen op de afdeling; - Je beantwoord klantvragen in het klantenportaal - Je verwerkt de orders in ons ERP systeem; - Je ondersteund interne afdelingen; Wat breng je mee? - HBO/MBO of vergelijkbaar niveau door verkregen werkervaring; - Commerciële instelling; - Goede kennis van het MS Office pakket; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (woord en geschrift); Wie ben je?
