Als Werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en organiseren van verschillende aspecten van onze bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met het projectteam en zorgt ervoor dat alles op tijd en binnen het budget wordt uitgevoerd. Jouw taken omvatten onder meer: - Het opstellen van planningen; - Het bestellen van materialen; - Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden en het bewaken van de voortgang; - Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders; - Je draagt zorg voor het proces en zorgt voor heldere communicatie gedurende het hele project. Wat heb je nodig? Als Werkvoorbereider heb je aardig wat verantwoordelijkheden en ben jij de schakel tussen de managers en servicemonteurs. Hierbij houd je het hoofd koel en ben je creatief genoeg om lopende projecten bezig te houden met voorraden en bestellingen. Daarnaast ga je graag op pad naar onze klanten waarbij je adviseert en meedenkt over de samenwerking en gang van zaken. Voor deze functie verwachten wij het volgende van jou: - Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding in een relevante richting, zoals Bouwkunde of Civiele Techniek; - Enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de bouwsector; - Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding; - Bekendheid met bouwprocessen, materialen en technieken; - Ervaring met software voor projectplanning en calculatie is een pré; - Woonachtig in de omgeving van Vianen of bereid om te verhuizen.
