Als Werkvoorbereider ben je de cruciale schakel tussen het ontwerp op papier en de realisatie op de werf. Jouw dag draait om:

  • Het ontwikkelen en minutieus onderhouden van 2D- en 3D-BIM-modellen, zodat de uitvoering op de werf over een vlekkeloze digitale blauwdruk beschikt.
  • Het technisch uitwerken van complexe uitvoeringselementen op basis van goedgekeurde ontwerpen, waarbij je telkens de bouwbaarheid en consistentie bewaakt.
  • Het opstellen van gedetailleerde werkplannen en het verzorgen van de wapeningmodellering, zodat het werfteam precies weet wat hen te doen staat.
  • De nauwe technische afstemming met de projectleiding en externe partners om knelpunten in het proces proactief op te lossen.
  • Het bewaken van de planning en het optimaliseren van processen, waarbij je eventueel jouw kennis van LEAN-principes in de strijd gooit voor een maximaal rendement.

Profiel

In de rol van Werkvoorbereider is jouw technische bagage essentieel, maar we zoeken vooral een organisator die graag meedenkt over de beste uitvoeringsmethode.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de bouwkunde of hebt een vergelijkbaar niveau bereikt door minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een technische ondersteunende rol.
  • Ervaring met BIM-modellering en een scherp inzicht in wapeningsdetails zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend om projecten tot een goed einde te brengen.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een communicatieve duizendpoot die zich vlot uitdrukt in het Nederlands en het Engels.
  • Je werkt graag nauw samen met werfteams en hebt de nodige dosis flexibiliteit om in te spelen op de dynamiek van een actieve bouwplaats.
