Voor onze afdeling Hellende Daken zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Werkvoorbereider. Als Werkvoorbereider zorg jij ervoor dat onze projecten goed voorbereid van start kunnen. Jij bent de schakel tussen kantoor en uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat jouw collega's buiten beschikken over de juiste informatie, materialen en planning. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders en krijgt de ruimte om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naar je toe te trekken. Naarmate je groeit in je rol, kun je bijvoorbeeld meer contact met opdrachtgevers oppakken, delen van projecten zelfstandig begeleiden en uiteindelijk doorgroeien naar de functie van Projectleider. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Voorbereiden en plannen van projecten binnen Hellende Daken; - Uitwerken en controleren van projectgegevens, tekeningen en technische informatie; - Verzorgen van een goede overdracht van calculatie naar werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering; - Bestellen en afroepen van materialen en materieel bij leveranciers; - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met projectleiders, uitvoerende collega's, leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Opstellen en bewaken van project- en werkplanningen; - Signaleren van knelpunten in de voorbereiding en hier tijdig op anticiperen; - Bewaken van gemaakte afspraken, levertijden en benodigde informatie; - Ondersteunen van de projectleider bij de organisatorische, technische en administratieve begeleiding van projecten; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen; - Verzorgen van een compleet en actu...
