Wanneer je aan de slag gaat als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding op het technische vlak. Je draait meerder projecten tegelijk met een dynamisch mix van woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Je werkt in het projectteam samen met de projectleider. De communicatie met opdrachtgever, onderaannemers, adviseurs en leveranciers verloopt via jou en dit weet jij dan ook strak en zonder ruis te verzorgen. Je toetst de haalbaarheid en draagt diverse alternatieven aan betreft de uitvoering. Ook ben je aangewezen om VGM plannen op te stellen. Je controleert tekeningen, stelt planningen op en rapporteert de voortgang. Jouw overige taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn verder: - Controleren van werktekeningen waaronder die van de onderaannemers en leveranciers - Organiseren en bewaken van de documentatiestroom en administratie - Tijdig signaleren en opstellen van meer- en minderwerk - Maken van uittrekstaten en bouwmaterialen - Maken van opleverdossiers - Deelnemen aan en notitiesmaken bij bouwvergaderingen - Inkopen van onderaannemers en leveranciers Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding op minimaal mbo niveau - +/- 10 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Affiniteit met LEAN werken, BIM en AutoCAD Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau HBO Aanbod: - - Een marktconform salaris wat is gebaseerd op jouw kennis en kunde maar zeker tussen de € 3500,- en € 4500,- bruto per maand - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden om jouw werk zo efficiënt mogelijk uit te kunnen voeren. Een laptop, telefoon en reiskostenvergoeding zijn dan ook inbegrepen.
